It was the first path I walked โ back in 1992 โ and the one that awakened my deeper spiritual memories.
When I began, there were no online courses, hardly any books, and very few teachers. I studied with two mentors and followed my intuition. But something more mysterious was also unfoldingโฆ
The Atlantean Connection
I started having recurring dreams of Atlantis โ vivid scenes of life in Atlantis. Initially the dreams were of mundane life, but gradually the dreams started revealing scenes of working in crystal temples, surrounded by sacred light. Then I met someone who had the exact same dreams.
We met weekly for a year, comparing notes and reconnecting with the wisdom of a long-forgotten past.
Those dreams became portals. I learned to enter a meditative state, return to my Atlantean healing room, and ask my former self for guidance. Over time, this inner teacher revealed countless techniques, layouts, and healing insights โ many of which I still use in my work today.
This is why crystal healing is not just a practice for me โ itโs a remembered truth.
But what exactly is Crystal Healing?

How can crystals actually influence the human body?

Crystals are not just beautiful โ theyโre vibrational tools with highly stable and precise energy signatures.
At the most basic level, crystals emit a consistent electromagnetic field, like miniature radio transmitters constantly broadcasting a particular frequency. Your own body emits a subtle energy field โ known as the aura โ and when a crystalโs frequency interacts with yours, it can harmonise areas of imbalance, much like tuning a static-filled radio to a clearer station.
Crystals Donโt Just Emit Energy โ They Carry Information
Crystal healing belongs to a category of information-based therapies โ like homeopathy, Bach flower remedies, or vibrational essences. These systems donโt work through chemical interaction but by transferring energetic data.
The healing effect is not because of what the crystal contains chemically โ itโs because of the message it emits energetically. And this message โ or signature โ speaks to the deeper systems of your body, mind, and soul.
The Power of Structure and Stability
Each crystal has a unique combination of:
- Geometry (sacred patterns and lattices)
- Colour (light frequencies)
- Mineral composition
- Atomic and molecular structure
Together, these create a specific frequency signature โ stable, unchanging, and coherent.
In contrast, the human body is full of crystalline structures (like proteins, bones, and collagen), but these are less stable and easily disrupted by stress, trauma, or illness.
This is key: The crystal doesnโt shift โ the human system does.
The body entrains with the crystal, not the other way around.
This is why crystals are so powerful โ they act as anchoring templates for the body to recalibrate, remember, and realign with coherence and harmony.
The Piezoelectric Effect โ Science Meets Energy
When a crystal is subjected to pressure or heat, it produces piezoelectricity โ an electric charge that radiates far-infrared energy.
This energy penetrates into the skin, causing the localised tissue to warm โ which, in turn, activates the crystal further. This creates a feedback loop of subtle energetic stimulation. The result?

Remote Crystal Healing โ Yes, it works beautifully

Can crystal healing work at a distance?
The answer is a resounding yes โ and Iโve been offering it since 2010.
It started when a long-time client asked for a remote session while travelling overseas. I asked her for a full-length photograph and printed it as an A3. I placed crystals directly on her image using my smallest stones. To test the accuracy, we kept a live Skype connection. She could feel the exact crystal placement the moment it happened โ colour, area, even energetic effect.
The results were astonishingly accurate โ and in some cases, even more profound than in-person work.
Since then, Iโve developed a specialised Remote Healing Chart system, which allows me to work with my larger crystals and to follow protocols I would in in-person sessions.
Remote sessions work through quantum entanglement and etheric connection. The healing bypasses the limitations of physical proximity and works on finer frequencies, often reaching deeper layers of consciousness and energy. Many clients report feeling clearer, more relaxed, and more aligned after remote sessions โ all from the comfort of their own sacred space.
Healing vs Cure

Healing isnโt always the same as a cure.
To heal means to become whole again โ to reintegrate all parts of the self into harmony.
To cure typically means to eliminate symptoms โ often without addressing the root.
Crystal healing supports the healer within the client to awaken. It empowers, uplifts, and encourages self-responsibility โ instead of simply removing symptoms.

Note about Offline Appointments ๐ฟ
Most Energetic Recalibration (Energy Healing) sessions are done offline at the appointed time and I ask that clients sit/lie and meditate or even take a nap during that time. This means that you could schedule an Energetic Recalibration even if you are in a different time-zone to me. If you have to continue with life/work, you may do so and the energy work will be just as effective. After the session I send you a voicenote*, via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, along with supporting documents, photos and/or images.
Some appointments are done via Zoom and you can connect via your computer, digital device or phone and for these you have to be online at the appointed time.
* Voicenotes can be transcribed via an online tool like Otter and then translated with Google Translate.
