Years ago, during my study of Five Elements Qi Gong, I was taught that our yoga mat can transform into a “flying carpet.” Each time we practice on the same mat, it absorbs some of the energy we generate. With consistent practice, the mat becomes a healing tool, a “flying carpet” on which we can lie to receive healing and energy, even on days when we don’t practice Qi Gong. Similarly, the Remote Healing Chart accumulates energy with each use, growing stronger over time and forming a solid foundation for our work.
